Club History

The purpose of the Penn State Student Red Cross Club is to coordinate student activities relating to the programs fostered by the American Red Cross. These activities include: blood services; safety and lifesaving introduction; health fairs; youth services; and other projects agreed upon by the membership.

Friends like these are hard to find,

My fellow Student Red Crossers are one of a kind.

They are the ones I know I can trust,

Their smiles and their laughter is something I lust.

A family, we are, one hundred percent,

Our love for each other simply can't be bent.

We always enjoy when everyone's around,

In the club meetings, blood drives, or with the Blood Hound.

Volunteering for the Red Cross is what we do,

Our passion for blood donation can be seen through and through.

Helping others is what joined us together,

But we are now Best Friends, Forever and Ever.
